08:45 AM EDT, 09/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Fiserv ( FI ) said Monday it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire financial firm StoneCastle Cash Management.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The transaction, expected to close by Q1 of 2026, will allow Fiserv ( FI ) to help financial institutions strengthen their balance sheets and gain access to other contingent funding products, the company said.
