03:25 AM EDT, 04/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Fisker ( FSRN ) said in a Wednesday regulatory filing that it is withdrawing its full-year 2024 financial and operational guidance as it continues to evaluate strategic alternatives for the business.
In February, the electric vehicle maker provided a full-year 2024 outlook for adjusted operating expenses and capital expenditures to be in a range of $320 million to $390 million. It also targeted combined sales to consumers and dealers of about 20,000 to 22,000 vehicles in 2024.
Fisker ( FSRN ) also disclosed in a separate filing Wednesday that board member William McDermott had resigned March 28 after his employer had requested he resign for governance reasons to reduce his board appointments.
The company appointed John Dubel as his replacement. He will serve on the board's audit committee.
