10:27 AM EDT, 10/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Five9 ( FIVN ) said Thursday it opened two new data centers in Delhi and Mumbai, India, to support customer experience strategies for local and multinational businesses.

The company also said it has obtained the Department of Telecommunications Unified License Virtual Network Operator, or UL VNO, allowing it to provide access services, national long-distance, and international long-distance services in India.

Five9 ( FIVN ) is also providing telephony and networking services in India, enabling customers to purchase phone numbers and local or long-distance services, the company said.

Shares of Five9 ( FIVN ) were up 2.1% in recent trading.
