09:36 AM EDT, 10/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Flag Ship Acquisition ( FSHP ) said Tuesday it has signed an agreement with optoelectronic products' manufacturer Great Rich Technologies under which Flag Ship will be merged into the latter's GRT Merger Star unit.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.

Under the terms of the agreement, Flag Ship stockholders will get American depositary shares of Great Rich, the company added.

Upon merger completion, Great Rich's American depositary shares will trade on Nasdaq, Flag Ship said.
