FLEX LNG Completes $430 Million in New Financings

06:29 AM EDT, 10/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- FLEX LNG ( FLNG ) said Thursday that it has completed the previously announced two new financing deals totaling $430 million and has received net proceeds of around $97 million from these transactions.

FLEX LNG ( FLNG ) said a $270 million bank facility for the vessels Flex Aurora and Flex Ranger was finalized and the $375 million bank facility was repaid in full on Sept 24. In addition, Flex LNG ( FLNG ) closed a $160 million Japanese Operating Lease with Call Option lease for Flex Endeavour on "very attractive terms" on Oct. 3.

Flex LNG ( FLNG ) said it had a cash balance of $370 million as of June 30.
