08:12 AM EST, 11/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Flex (FLEX) said Friday it has named Kevin S. Krumm as chief financial officer, effective Jan. 6.

He succeeds Jaime Martinez, now interim finance chief, who will remain with Flex during a transition period.

Krumm joins Flex with more than 20 years of experience in the industrial, chemical, and healthcare industries, most recently as executive vice president and chief financial officer of APi Group.
