10:09 AM EDT, 03/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Flex's (FLEX) JetCool unit said Wednesday that it has collaborated with Broadcom ( AVGO ) on liquid cooling for artificial intelligence XPUs.

The subsidiary has developed a "single-phase direct-to-chip cooling solution" designed for Broadcom's ( AVGO ) mechanical and thermal reference architecture, with mass production capabilities coming from Flex, according to a statement.

No financial details were disclosed.
