Flexera Completes Acquisition of NetApp's Spot Portfolio

11:08 AM EST, 03/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NetApp ( NTAP ) has completed its divestment of Spot to Flexera, the latter said Monday.

Flexera said the acquisition expands its cloud financial management offering into a suite of AI-powered financial operations technologies.
