09:51 AM EDT, 10/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Flexible Solutions International ( FSI ) said Tuesday that it has sold its main plant in Mendota, Illinois, for an undisclosed sum, while retaining a long-term lease at the site.

The company said the "small profit or small loss" from the transaction will be accounted for in Q4.

Shares of the company were down 3.2% in recent Tuesday trading.
