12:12 PM EDT, 08/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Flex (FLEX) said Thursday its Anord Mardix unit has opened a second facility in Dundalk, Ireland.

The 120,000-square-foot facility, named D2, will focus on assembling switchgear products to meet the increasing global demand for data center power, driven by artificial intelligence growth, the company said.

This new facility doubles Anord Mardix's manufacturing space in Ireland, the company added.
