08:30 AM EDT, 10/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Flex (FLEX) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings on Wednesday of $0.79 per diluted share, up from $0.64 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.75.
Net sales for the quarter ended Sept. 26 was $6.80 billion, compared with $6.55 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $6.68 billion.
For fiscal Q3, the company expects adjusted earnings to be $0.74 to $0.80 per share on net sales of $6.65 billion to $6.95 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect adjusted earnings of $0.77 per share on net sales of $6.74 billion.
For fiscal 2026, Flex raised its adjusted earnings guidance to $3.09 to $3.17 per share from $2.86 to $3.06 previously, on net sales of $26.70 billion to $27.30 billion from a previous projection of $25.90 billion to $27.10 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect adjusted earnings of $3.03 per share on net sales of $26.64 billion.
Shares of the company were down 2.5% in Wednesday's premarket activity.
