08:44 AM EDT, 05/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Flint (FLNT.TO) appointed Mark Nelson as its Chief Operating Officer, effective June 1, succeeding Neil Wotton, who retired from the role on May 19, it said Wednesday.

Nelson has more than 20 years of experience in the energy and industrial sectors, it said.

Shares of the company closed unchanged at $1.6 on Tuesday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
