Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.56.

Net sales in the 13 weeks ended June 26 rose to $1.214 billion from $1.13 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.209 billion.

The company expects fiscal 2025 diluted EPS of $1.75 to $2 on net sales of $4.66 billion to $4.75 billion. That compared with guidance of EPS at $1.70 to $2 and net sales of $4.66 billion to $4.8 billion.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect EPS of $1.78 on revenue of $4.72 billion.

The company's shares rose 3% in after-hours trading, paring earlier gains.
