Floor & Decor Fiscal Q3 Earnings Decline, Sales Increase; Adjusts Full-Year Guidance

05:37 AM EDT, 10/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Floor & Decor ( FND ) reported fiscal Q3 earnings late Wednesday of $0.48 per diluted share, down from $0.61 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.43.

Net sales for the 13 weeks ended Sept. 26 were $1.12 billion, up from $1.11 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $1.14 billion.

The company now expects fiscal 2024 earnings of $1.65 to $1.75 per diluted share, versus its prior guidance of $1.55 to $1.75 set out in its fiscal Q2 earnings release. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $1.70.

The firm now expects net sales of $4.4 billion to $4.43 billion for the full year, compared with its previous forecast of $4.4 billion to $4.49 billion. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $4.43 billion.
