Flora Growth Completes $3.2 Million Common Stock Offering

04:40 AM EDT, 04/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Flora Growth Corp. ( FLGC ) said Monday it has completed its underwritten public offering of 1.7 million common shares for gross proceeds of about $3.2 million.

Net proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate and working capital needs.
