Flotek Industries Wins First Utilities Infrastructure Contract
Mar 11, 2026 6:09 AM

07:35 AM EST, 03/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Flotek Industries ( FTK ) said Tuesday it won its first contract in the utilities infrastructure sector, coordinating the installation of up to 50 megawatts of power generation equipment that will support critical federal disaster recovery initiatives.

The company said it will supply and mobilize smart conditioning skids and advanced gas distribution equipment under the contract, which spans an initial term of six months.

The contact is set to start in Q2, with an option for a four-year extension, Flotek added.

Revenue is estimated to total $1 million per megawatt if the full 50 megawatts will be deployed over the full six-month term, the company said.
