Flow Beverage CFO Trent MacDonald Resigns

08:19 AM EDT, 06/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Flow Beverage ( FLWBF ) on Thursday said Trent MacDonald resigned from his positions as chief financial officer and executive vice-president of operations.

The company said its Director of Finance will perform similar functions to those of the CFO in the interim and MacDonald will assist with this transition before he moves on to focus on other interests.

The board has initiated a process to select a new CFO and is in advanced discussions with a preferred candidate, the company said.

Flow Beverage ( FLWBF ) shares closed unchanged at $0.06 on Wednesday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
