Flowco Files for US IPO

08:13 AM EST, 12/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Flowco (FLOC) has filed for an initial public offering in the US and plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the stock symbol "FLOC", the company said in a regulatory filing Friday.

The pricing terms and the number of shares to be sold were not disclosed.
