05:02 PM EDT, 03/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Flowco ( FLOC ) said late Thursday it launched a public offering of 7.8 million class A common shares by selling shareholders.

The selling stockholders granted underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 1.17 million shares, the company said.

The company will not receive any proceeds from the resale of shares, according to a statement.
