Flowers Foods Appoints D. Anthony Scaglione as CFO

09:21 AM EDT, 10/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Flowers Foods ( FLO ) said Tuesday it has appointed D. Anthony Scaglione as its chief financial officer, effective Jan. 1.

Scaglione will succeed Steve Kinsey, who will retire at the end of the year and will move to an advisory role to support the change, the company said.

Scaglione was previously the CFO of Total Wine & More, Flowers Foods ( FLO ) said.
