05:44 PM EDT, 07/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Flowserve ( FLS ) late Tuesday said it acquired the intellectual property and in-process research and development of cryogenic liquefied natural gas submerged pump technology, systems and packaging from NexGen Cryogenic Solutions.

NexGen specializes in the engineering, design and testing of LNG pumps and cold energy recovery turbines.

Flowserve ( FLS ) expects the deal to reduce its Q3 adjusted net income by around $0.05 per share.
