05:13 PM EDT, 10/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Flowserve ( FLS ) reported Q3 adjusted earnings late Tuesday of $0.90 per diluted share, up from $0.62 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.80.

Sales for the quarter ended Sept. 30 were $1.17 billion, up from $1.13 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.21 billion.

The company raised its 2025 adjusted earnings guidance to $3.40 to $3.50 per share from $3.25 to $3.40. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $3.36.

Flowserve ( FLS ) also updated its guidance for 2025 total sales growth to 4% to 5% from previously expected range of 5% to 6% growth.

Shares of Flowserve ( FLS ) were up more than 6% in after-hours activity.
