12:56 PM EDT, 06/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Flowserve ( FLS ) has been tapped to implement an energy-saving program at Heide Refinery's operations, the companies said Monday.

Flowserve's ( FLS ) energy advantage program is expected to cut the German crude oil refinery's annual power consumption by more than an estimated 2,000 megawatt hours and reduce the refinery's carbon emissions by over 1,300 metric tons each year, the companies said.

Financial terms of the partnership weren't disclosed.
