05:04 PM EST, 12/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Fluence Energy ( FLNC ) said it completed a $400 million offering of 2.25% convertible senior notes due 2030, including the option granted to initial purchasers.

The company granted initial purchasers an option to buy up to $50 million of additional notes, it said late Thursday. The purchasers exercised the option in full.
