06:04 PM EDT, 05/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Fluence Energy ( FLNC ) reported a fiscal Q2 loss Wednesday of $0.07 per diluted share, narrowing from the loss of $0.21 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected a loss of $0.08.

Revenue in the quarter ended March 31 fell to $280.7 million from $405.1 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $564.3 million.

The company reaffirmed fiscal 2024 revenue guidance of $2.7 billion to $3.3 billion. The Capital IQ consensus is for $2.96 billion.

Fluence Energy ( FLNC ) shares rose 3.5% in after-hours trading.
