04:30 PM EDT, 08/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Fluent (FLNT) said Tuesday it has entered into an agreement for private placement of around 5.9 million shares at a price of $1.75 per share to raise about $10.3 million.

The company said the accompanying warrants in the deal will have an exercise price of $2.21 per share.

If all warrants are exercised for cash, the company could raise an additional $13 million.

The private placement is expected to close on the same day.
