Fluor Closes Sale of 15 Million NuScale Power Shares

04:43 PM EDT, 10/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Fluor (FLR) said Thursday it has completed the sale of 15 million class A shares of NuScale Power ( SMR ) , raising $605 million.

Most of the proceeds will be used to enhance its current share repurchase program, it said.
