Fluor's Joint Venture Wins Pantex Plant Contract From National Nuclear Security Administration

11:27 AM EDT, 06/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Fluor (FLR) said Friday that PanTeXas Deterrence, its joint venture with three other entities, secured a five-year contract with the US National Nuclear Security Administration for the management and operations of the Pantex nuclear weapons plant in Texas.

The contract will span 20 years with total funding of about $30 billion if three additional five-year contract options are exercised, the company said.

Terms of the initial five-year deal weren't disclosed.
