05:12 PM EDT, 06/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- FlyExclusive ( FLYX ) filed a registration statement Monday for the potential sale of up to $250 million of securities from time to time in one or more offerings.

The filing covers common and preferred stock, debt securities, warrants, units and rights.

Net proceeds from the sale will be for general corporate purposes and working capital, the company said.
