04:36 PM EDT, 06/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- FlyExclusive ( FLYX ) said it promoted Matt Lesmeister to chief financial officer, starting Tuesday.

Lesmeister, who served as executive vice president and chief of staff since he joined the company on May 30, took over the CFO position previously held by Bill Barnard on an interim basis.

FlyExclusive ( FLYX ) said it also promoted Zach Nichols to chief accounting officer from senior vice president of finance.
