08:22 AM EDT, 06/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- FMC (FMC) said Tuesday that it has appointed Pierre Brondeau as its chief executive officer in addition to his current role as board chairman which he has held since October 2010.
Brondeau also previously held the title of CEO of the company from 2010 until his retirement in June 2020.
He succeeds current president and CEO Mark Douglas, who has stepped down after 14 years with the company. Douglas will serve as an executive advisor to the senior management team through Sept. 1.
FMC said it has also appointed Ronaldo Pereira as its president. Both appointments are effective immediately. Pereira has been with FMC for nearly 28 years, most recently serving as president of the Americas area.
