June 11 (Reuters) - Agriculture chemicals maker FMC Corp ( FMC )

on Tuesday appointed former chief executive officer

Pierre Brondeau as top boss with immediate effect.

Brondeau who was CEO of FMC from 2010 until his retirement

in June 2020, has continued to serve as chairman of the board

during the last four years.

He succeeds Mark Douglas, who has stepped down after more

than 14 years with the company.
