05:32 PM EST, 12/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- F.N.B (FNB) said late Wednesday it priced a $500 million offering of fixed/floating rate senior notes due 2030.

The notes will bear interest at 5.722% per annum starting June 11, 2025, and ending Dec. 11, 2029.

The company expects the offering to close Dec. 11 and plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.
