Focus Universal to Implement 1-for-10 Reverse Stock Split; Shares Fall

11:27 AM EST, 01/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Focus Universal ( FCUV ) said Wednesday it will implement a 1-for-10 reverse split of its common stock.

The company's shares will start trading on a split-adjusted basis Jan. 31.

Focus Universal ( FCUV ) shares were down nearly 25% in recent trading.
