11:14 AM EDT, 05/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Foghorn Therapeutics ( FHTX ) said Monday it priced a registered direct offering of 12.7 million shares at $5.51 each, along with pre-funded warrants to buy up to 7.2 million shares at $5.5099 apiece in lieu of stock to certain investors, for gross proceeds of $110 million.

The offering is expected to close around Wednesday.

Proceeds will be used to advance preclinical and clinical programs and for general corporate purposes, the company said.
