Fokus Mining CEO Rainville Steps Down

08:59 AM EDT, 07/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Fokus Mining ( FKMCF ) , at 52 week lows, overnight Wednesday said Jean Rainville will retire and resign as president and CEO, effective on July 31, 2024.

Rainville will remain a director of the company for a transition period.

Sylvain Champagne, the acting chief financial officer will be appointed as interim president and CEO.

Fokus Mining Corporation ( FKMCF ) is a mineral resource company actively acquiring and exploring precious metal deposits located in Quebec.
