Fold Q1 Loss Widens, Revenue Rises; Maintains 2025 Guidance

04:45 PM EDT, 05/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Fold (FLD) reported a Q1 loss late Thursday of $1.92 per diluted share, widening from a loss of $0.16 a year earlier.

A lone analyst polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.10.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $7.1 million, up from $4.9 million a year earlier.

One analyst surveyed by FactSet expected $8.4 million.

The company maintained its full-year 2025 revenue guidance of $61.6 million. One analyst surveyed by FactSet expects $54.8 million.

Shares of the company were down 1% in after-hours activity.
