06:48 AM EDT, 03/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Foran Mining ( FMCXF ) on Tuesday released initial exploration results from the 2026 winter regional exploration drill program at the Thunder Zone of the McIlvenna Bay project in Saskatchewan.
The results confirm a high-priority regional target and suggest a repeatable exploration strategy. Ongoing drilling continues to boost targeting precision and strengthen confidence in the broader system.
One drill hole returned two lenses of semi-massive to massive sulphide mineralization. Highlights of the results include 9.6 m grading 1.76% copper equivalent, including 4.7 m grading 2.19% copper equivalent.
Drilling has extended the zone by 100 m to the northwest along strike, defining about 300 m of strike length, with mineralization remaining open along strike and at depth.
The 2026 winter regional exploration program is expected to consist of up to 3,000 m of drilling across several target areas.
