07:08 AM EDT, 10/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Foran Mining ( FMCXF ) said Wednesday construction for the McIlvenna Bay project in Saskatchewan at the end of the third quarter is 64% complete.

Construction remains on schedule for commercial production in the middle of next year and is on budget, the company added.

Dan Myerson, executive chairman and CEO of Foran, commented "Q3 marked a defining period for McIlvenna Bay, with record progress achieved across multiple workstreams of the project. Construction advanced to 64% completion, driven by disciplined execution, strong leadership, and continued improvement in safety performance," said Dan Myerson, chief executive officer.

The company intends to file its third-quarter financial statements on or about Nov. 7.

Foran lost more than 7% in Canada yesterday.
