Ford, Honda, BMW to Onboard Nissan in ChargeScape Joint Venture

09:15 AM EDT, 10/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ChargeScape, a joint venture equally owned by Ford Motor ( F ) , Honda Motor ( HMC ) and BMW, said Monday that Nissan has agreed to become an equal 25% investor in the company.

ChargeScape said that the investment deal allows Nissan to roll out the joint venture's services to its EV drivers across the US and Canada.

Financial details of the deal were not provided.

Ford, Honda ( HMC ) and BMW launched the joint venture last month.
