08:28 AM EDT, 05/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ford Motor ( F ) said Friday it appointed Chief Financial Officer John Lawler as vice chair, effective in early June.

Also, Sherry House will join Ford as vice president of finance next month as part of a plan to succeed Lawler as CFO in 2025, the company said.

House was previously CFO at Lucid Motors.

Lawler will continue his role as CFO until House's expected transition, according to Ford.
