04:36 PM EDT, 04/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ford Motor ( F ) said late Wednesday that Chief Operating Officer Kumar Galhotra will lead its newly established Product Creation and Industrialization organization.

Doug Field, who joined Ford almost five years ago to lead its shift to electrified, connected and software-defined vehicles, has decided to leave after a transition over the next month, the company said.
