09:20 AM EDT, 10/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ford Motor ( F ) said Friday that it named Bryce Currie as chief manufacturing officer.
Currie will serve in this new role alongside his existing one as vice president of Americas manufacturing, overseeing the automaker's global manufacturing and safety, Ford said.
Ford also named Jim Baumbick as president of Ford Europe, effective Nov. 1. Baumbick, who is currently vice president of advanced product development, cycle planning and programs, will lead its European business unit's strategies. Baumbick will report to Ford Vice Chairman John Lawler, while Sam Basile has been named as Baumbick's successor as vice president of advanced product development, cycle planning and programs.
The automaker also named Andrew Frick to lead all global retail business units for electric, hybrid and gas-powered vehicles and said Chuck Gray, vice president of vehicle hardware engineering, and Darren Palmer, vice president of EV programs, plan to retire.
