Ford Motor US Vehicle Sales Rose 3.9% in August, Led by EVs, Hybrids

10:32 AM EDT, 09/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ford Motor ( F ) said its US vehicle sales rose 3.9% in August to 190,206 from a year earlier.

Electric-vehicle sales surged 19% to 10,671 from a year earlier, hybrid sales advanced almost 15% to 18,773, and internal-combustion engine vehicle sales rose 2% to 160,762, Ford said Wednesday in a statement.
