Ford Recalls More Than 132,000 Aviator SUVs in US Over Parts Detachment

06:21 AM EDT, 06/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ford Motor ( F ) is recalling 132,914 Aviator sport utility vehicles in the US amid concerns that certain parts, including the rear door window bars, may have inadequate adhesive bonding and could detach from the vehicle, the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said.

Dealers will repair or replace C-pillar appliques and window division bars free of charge, the NHTSA said.
