Aug 29 (Reuters) - Ford Motor Company ( F ) is recalling

more than 105,000 Mustang cars in the U.S., citing improperly

sealed panels that may let water seep in and cause external

lights to fail, the National Highway Traffic Safety

Administration said on Friday.
