06:35 AM EDT, 08/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ford Motor ( F ) is recalling up to 355,656 trucks in the US due to potential instrument panel display failure, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said in a recall notice Tuesday.

The recall covers certain 2025-2026 models of the F-550 SD, F-450 SD, F-350 SD, and F-250 SD, as well as the 2025 model of F-150 vehicles.

The agency said the instrument panel cluster may fail at startup and not display critical information such as warning lights or vehicle speed, increasing crash risk.

Ford will update the software free of charge, either through a dealer or an over-the-air update.
