Foremost Clean Energy Starts 2,500-Meter Drill Program at Manitoba Jean Lake Gold-Lithium Property
Sep 16, 2025 7:33 AM

10:12 AM EDT, 09/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Foremost Clean Energy ( FMST ) said Tuesday that it is launching a 2,500-meter drill program at the Jean Lake gold-lithium property in Manitoba.

Foremost said it aims to capitalize on record-high gold prices by expanding known high-grade gold and lithium mineralization identified in the 2022-2023 drill campaign.

The company said the drill campaign will run concurrently withongoing drilling at the Murphy Lake South uranium property in Saskatchewan.

"While uranium continues to anchor our long-term vision in the face of transformative global demand, these parallel drill programs provide exceptional, capital-efficient leverage," president and chief executive officer Jason Barnard said. "We are not diverting focus; we are amplifying it."
