Foresight Signs Deal With Konec to Integrate 3D Perception Tools in Vehicles, Machinery in South Korea

09:19 AM EST, 12/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Foresight Autonomous Holdings ( FRSX ) said Monday it has signed an agreement with South Korean automotive supplier Konec to integrate its 3D perception tools in the vehicles and machinery of Konec's clients and business partners in South Korea.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The parties are also planning to form a joint venture in South Korea, including constructing a site to produce advanced solutions, Foresight added.

Foresight's shares rose 4% in recent Monday premarket activity.
