Forestar Debt Buyback Offer Expires With $329.4 Million Tendered

06:49 AM EDT, 03/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Forestar ( FOR ) said Wednesday that investors tendered $329.4 million, or 82.4% of the $400 million worth of its outstanding 3.850% senior notes due 2026, as of the March 5 expiration of a previously announced tender offer.

The company said the repurchase of its debt is contingent upon the completion of debt financing that is satisfactory to Forestar ( FOR ).
